My Short Story by Genevieve Cadwell

Once upon a time, there was an author named Anastasia. One day, Anastasia was writing a story about a fox when the full moon awoke. It shined in the open window, lighting up the room. 

A minute later, Anastasia was no longer in her study. She was in a different world.

But where was she? She was lost in a that she had no knowledge of.

She decided to sit down and write for ideas.

But as she started to write, she heard a cry for help! She ran to see what it was, but instead, she saw…………

“Humpty Dumpty?”

“Please put me back together again! If you do, I can show you the way home.”

Anastasia bravely, agreed to try. And boy, what happened was amazing! It was unbelievable!

She put Humpty together!

“You have passed my test. You are a true author-and the youngest too. Now, the way home is quite simple, the way home, is simply, a little story.

Anastasia wrote. And she didn't stop until she had written herself, home.
