A Five Foot Catfish in a pond near Frankfurt was sued after eating all the other fish in the pond and then moving on to ducklings, by the owner of the land.
The catfish in question was brought into trial yesterday in a large fish tank and charged with cannibalism and homicide, and is now in custody...
